The Lisa Horton Pearl Flash Paste's are creamy with a pearl shimmer on white card or bright pearl colour on dark card, you can mix with pigments to create your own colours, with flexible use either with a spatula on stencils or mix with a small amount of water to use as paint. Drying time is approximately 1 hour.
