Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE:    DUE TO THE NEW GPSR REGULATIONS THAT CAME INTO EFFECT ON THE 13TH DECEMBER 2024, WE DO NOT SHIP TO 'NORTHERN IRELAND' OR THE 'EU'

 

Shipping operates Monday to Friday, but excludes Bank Holiday Monday’s.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, once payment has been made.

Multiple orders will be bulked together to save on postage.

We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries.

 

FOR DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK (excluding Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR regulations noted above)

Postage to the UK is free on purchases over £30.00

For purchases under £30.00 there are a number of Postage Options where all costings are noted at checkout, with additional information as detailed below;

Our Standard UK Postage for Small Parcels is by 2nd Class with a weight limit of 2kg with cost noted at checkout which will be sent by Royal Mail. Each Parcel is sent with Proof of Postage.  Delivery usually takes between 2 to 3 days, but may take longer over the holiday season.

Alternatively there is a 1st Class “Royal Mail Signed For” option. For a small parcel with a weight limit of 1kg cost noted at checkout.  For a small parcel with a weight limit of 2kg, cost noted at checkout.

Small Parcel dimensions: length 45cm, width 35cm, depth 16cm.

As a number of our items are flat packaging, for example, paper, stencils etc., and under a depth of 2cm, we will forward them by 1st Class with Proof of Postage, up to a total weight of 200g, delivery is usually between 1 & 2 days, but again may take longer over the holiday season.

Large Letter Dimensions: length 35cm, width 25cm, depth 2.5cm.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK (excluding Northern Ireland and the EU due to the new GPSR regulations noted above)

For postage to outside of the UK, we are happy to provide quotes depending on the total weight and size of the products purchased.

Due to the options offered on postage, please note that we accept no responsibility for non receipt of goods, as once these goods have been placed with the Post Office, matters are out of our control, however, we will provide evidence in the form of a postage receipt to assist and advise where possible.
