Returns & Refunds Policy

Your Right to Cancel (Statutory Rights)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. This right applies to all items, including sale-priced goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.


Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original, undamaged packaging

Exemptions — items that cannot be returned:

The following are exempt from the statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons — this includes paints, sprays, inks, and any liquid-based products once opened
  • Downloadable digital products, where you have consented to immediate download and acknowledged that your right to cancel is lost upon download
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

The following are also non-returnable under our store policy:

  • Gift cards
  • Workshop bookings

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned outside the statutory return window

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with the subject RETURN PRODUCT and we will provide further instructions.

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for this to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company — posting can take several days
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, please contact us.


Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
