Tim Holtz Distress Liquid Tinsel in Fine Tarnished adds a subtle sparkle to your makes. Fine metallic glitter is suspended in a translucent adhesive and dries to a textured finish in a faint grey-silver tone.
Apply directly to your chosen surface with a small paintbrush. As it dries, the clear adhesive shrinks to leave the glitter behind. Clean tools and surfaces with water straight away.
